Company Profile

In 1994 we began managing for other investors.  In 1998 Premium Management incorporated.

Donna and Cecil Kinerd are the principals of Premium Management, Inc.  Donna has worked in the Multi-Family Property Management field for 25 years.   Cecil's background is in Law Enforcement.  In 1994 he began working full time with Donna.
