 | We identify the problem and make recommendations based on our past
experience as to how to resolve a maintenance issue. If necessary we
provide the Property Owner with a detailed bid and time frame for getting
the it resolved. The bid is signed off on by the Property Owner
before any work is done. |
 | The management contract gives us permission to handle and emergency based
on the best interest of the Tenant and Property Owner if the Owner can not
be contacted. With the use of cell phones and email most Owners are
very accessible. |
 | We keep our owners informed via email of most every issue dealing with
their property regardless of how small and will email pictures depending on
the situation. Most Owners do not want to get involved
with minor issues but do appreciate being kept in the loop. |
