Donna McDermed - Broker, Realtor, GRI
Donna is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas, a graduate of the Realtor Institute and a member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors.
Donna has lived in Houston for 38 years, has worked in the field of Residential Property Management for 27r 27 years, and has been a Real Estate Professional for 14 years.
Donna was employed for many years by Oakwood Apartments; one to the largest and most recognized apartment property management companies in the country.
During her 27 years in the business of property management, Donna's duties have included being a member of a Due Diligence Team, member of a start-up team for newly acquired apartment complexes, as well as being one of only four Systems Software Coordinators, company wide, responsible for training other employees on the computerized accounting system throughout the United States.
Since opening Premium Management, Inc., Donna has been involved in the day to day operations of all phases of the company and has solved a few maintenance problems over the phone.
Donna is actively involved as a Broker representing Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate.
Cecil, Donna's husband, is a native Texan. His extensive background in Texas Law Enforcement enhances his ability to handle collections and evictions.
Over the years, Cecil has filed eviction cases in most of the eight Harris County Precincts. This experience, knowledge of the terms of the lease, and the detailed documentation that is a Premium Management, Inc. standard ensures that the eviction process is expedient and efficient.
Every effort is made to avoid an eviction, but Premium Management, Inc. enforces a strict rent collection policy.
Cecil also handles the maintenance end of the business. Because of his long term relationship with area contractors he is able to get quality work done at competitive prices.
